Trade Fairs Officer

Main Tasks:

  • Supporting in promotion, Marketing and Sales and increasing of Exhibition Spaces and Trade Fair Entry Tickets and others in Germany
  • Marketing and sales of Trade Fair (mostly taking place in Germany) supporting services (i.e. stand construction, travel, delegations, budgeting, promotional events, etc.)
  • Visiting relevant trade fairs in Egypt for marketing purposes when required.
  • Customer Care: Rebooking of existing customers/re-winning lost customers back/winning new customers, follow-up with payments of customers before and after the trade show
  • Supporting in the preparations of visitor delegations to Germany (lists, invitation letters, invoices, invoice follow-up, visa documentation)
  • Assisting in Organizing press conferences and presentations for trade fairs
  • Assisting in preparation of budgets for trade fairs and events
  • Provide advice for telephone calls inquiries as well as customers coming to the office.
  • Ongoing updates of database and searching for new ones
  • Travelling to Germany accompanying Delegations/exhibitors and others if/when required and needed.
  • Preparation of annual upcoming trade fairs’ Plan

Required Qualifications:

  • University Degree.
  • 1-3 experience in sales/marketing or finance.
  • Very Good command of spoken and written English and Arabic, German is a must
  • High degree of responsibility and independent work, ability to work in a team: sharing information for that the team members are being kept in the loop.
  • Strong organizational, presentation, written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Marketing and Selling Skills
  • Outgoing and ready to do customer visits in Cairo and elsewhere.
  • Flexibility with working hours and potential travel, including weekends
  • Customer oriented
  • Multitasking and Ability to perform under stress

Business & Market Entry Projects Advisor

Main Tasks:

  • Supports with inquiries related to market entry.
  • Desktop research
  • Prepare factsheets, market analysis and reports in German language.
  • Support management of project in accordance with the project goals and activities agreed with the project partners and beneficiary. 
  • Internal communication related to the management of the project.
  • Writing/drafting of promotional text in different means of media.
  • Organizing business delegation trips including specialized conferences and B2B-matchmakings for German technology providers.

  • Preparing financial and expenditure reports.
  • Supports in DE services/ sales from German as well as Egyptian companies.

Required Qualifications:

  • 0-2 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in renewable energy is a plus
  • Excellent command of German, English and Arabic Languages

Overview: 

As a Marketing and PR intern you will play an important role in the development of the organization’s visual identity. You will also work on developing and executing engaging materials for our website and social media channels. In addition to events management and execution.


Main Tasks:

Social media

  • Assisting the social media project manager in preparing, posting and monitoring content on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Linkedin and youtube.
  • Assisting in tracking the growth of our social media presence. 
  • Creating strategies in order to increase our followers and interactions.   
  • Exploring opportunities to use other social media platforms.

Multimedia design

  • Taking, editing and uploading video material for the website and social media channels.

Events organization

  • Planning of events

Marketing and PR

  • Creating marketing campaigns when needed

Required Qualifications:

  • Educational background in business, multimedia, communication, marketing, public relations, journalism, or related field. 
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills. 
  • Demonstrated experience with mainstream social media platforms 
  • Transform raw video footage into a finished product. With the storyline in mind, they also perform color grading to enhance video quality. 
  • Develop an overall brand messaging strategy 
  • animations, or motion graphics is an added value. 
  • Strong proficiency in the Adobe Suite (particularly Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator) is an addition. 
  • Demonstrated creativity. 
  • Serious attention to detail. 
  • Team worker.

  • Event management experience is required.

  • Applicants must commit to work for at least 3 consecutive months.

  • Trade Fairs in Germany and worldwide: Promotion, Marketing and Sales of Exhibition Spaces
