Business Visa Support

For member companies of the German-Arab Chamber of Industry and Commerce we offer in cooperation with the German Embassy a special visa service for Egyptian business travelers who want to travel to Germany.

Visa Service

AHK Egypt in cooperation with the Consular Section at the German Embassy in Cairo is offering a support program aimed at facilitating the process of obtaining business visas for AHK Egypt member companies.

 

This initiative completes the visa application pre-check service, which consists in:

  • Personalized advise on regulation and proper visa application
  • Verification of visa application and supporting documents
  • Quick appointment at TLS
  • Submission of the visa application

 

* Please note that this service is available only after 6 months of membership.

Visa Applications Submission Times

Please be informed that passports and visa documents submissions will be accepted only from Sunday to Wednesday, from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM.


Please submit your passports at least 4–6 weeks prior to the travel date to ensure that you can travel as scheduled.

To give you a better service, please note that you can reach the visa department by telephone only at these times:

  • Sunday - Thursday
  • from: 8.30 am – 9.30 am
  • and 14.30 pm - 15.30 pm
