  • About the speaker:
    Rasha Badran
     is the Chief Executive Officer at the Network for Employment Promotion (NEP) and the previous Organizational Development Manager of the National Employment Pact.

    Badran started her career in the finance department in Eni Exploration and Production B.V the giant Italian oil company. During her years in Eni Rasha finished her MBA with a specialization in Finance. In 2011, Rasha joined Nebny Foundation for Development and in 2013 Rasha became a board member and acting General Manager until June 2015. In 2014 Rasha did a Diploma in Public Administration at AUC. In November 2015 Rasha joined the National Employment Pact as Organizational Development Manager. In 2018 Rasha and Mohammad Ezzat founded the Network for Employment Promotion which is a spin of the National Employment Pact and she has assumed the role of Chief Operating Officer in the new company. In July 2019 Rasha started leading the company as the Chief Executive Officer.
