- The bidding requirements and specifications shall be withdrawn according to a request in the name of the Purchasing Affairs.
- Bids received after the deadline or not accompanied by the primary insurance in full or in violation of the terms of the tender and the internal regulations of the company will not be considered for whatever reasons. The company has the right to accept, reject or divide any bid or cancel the tender without giving reasons.
