General Description:
A global public auction in closed envelopes (technical and financial) for the development and management of sound and light shows in the pyramids and the specified area for shows for a period of 15 years, renewed for a similar period after agreement of the two parties, in coordination with the Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities. The offering includes (show operating booths - laser tower and projectors - projectors - modern lighting devices suitable for presentation - sound and light effects suitable for presentation - sound and light theater with a capacity of approximately 3000 chairs - the garden attached to the General Administration building - Khufu lobby cafeteria - stores attached to the theater - Restrooms). The investor (participant) at his own expense to develop the sound and light display/show in the pyramid area with the latest technologies in multimedia, image and laser projection methods, as well as the assets of the previously mentioned designated area in the most prestigious global image of the participation system in management, provided that the sound and light display/show is developed in the current text and his records are based on the latest international technologies while preserving the current historical material and with the approval of the Permanent Special Committee for Antiquities..
General Conditions:
- Tener specification booklet shall be withdrawn from the company’s headquarters (Abou El Hol Tourism Square – Nazlet El Semman area – El Haram, Giza) in exchange for an amount of EGP 10.000 or its equivalent in US dollars.
- Bid Bond amounts to EGP 5.000.000 or its equivalent in US dollars, by a certified check or by an approved, unconditional and irrevocable banking letter of guarantee issued or confirmed by an Egyptian Bank.
- Company may go for inspection on Sunday & Monday 11,12 October 2020 from 09:00 a.m. – 03:00 p.m.

- The final inquiry session will be held on Sunday 25th of October 2020 at the headquarters of the Holding Company for Tourism and Hotels at the address: 4 Latin America Str. Garden City, Cairo, Egypt.
- The deadline for submitting the offers in two envelopes (technical – financial), opening the technical envelopes and reviewing Bidder’s documents and the technical visualization of the offers submitted at Misr Company for Sound, Light and Tourism Development headquarters at 12 PM on Thursday, 5th of November 2020
