Starting from Friday, 27th of September 2024 and lasting till Sunday, 29th of September 2024, the Regional Conference of Youth (RCOY) took place in Amman, Jordan. The RCOY takes place every year before the COP so that youth from all over the Arab World come together and discuss means to save our planet. The RCOY this year was attended by Ms. Rowan Abdeldayem, Programme Coordinator at the TVET department in the German Arab Chamber (AHK Egypt).
Influential figures attended the conference like Dr. Muawieh Khalid Radaideh, the Jordanian Minister of Environment and Mr. Ismail Al Far, Assistant to Ministry of Youth Egypt. The RCOY is a great chance for the Arab youth to get in touch with each other and learn about ways to be more mindful with out planet.
