It’s not about positioning women against men; it’s about naturally giving equal opportunities, regardless of gender,” said Maren Diale-Schellschmidt, CEO of AHK Egypt, during the panel discussion “Uniting Diversities: Women CEOs from the Global South” at the 3rd edition of the CEO Women Conference.
The panel was moderated by Carol Milan, President and Managing Director at Henkel Egypt, and included a diverse group of women in high-level positions in the Global South. We loved being part of this panel, which shed light on the opportunities and challenges faced by women today.
