The German-Arab Chamber of Industry and Commerce (AHK Egypt) in cooperation with the Renewables Academy (RENAC) AG organise a Virtual Fact-Finding Mission for Egypt Energy Experts from June 07-09, 2021.

Target groups are Egyptian stakeholders, decision makers, academics, policy makers, private companies, public & research institutions and professional associations from the energy sector in Egypt.

The virtual three-day fact-finding mission focuses on the topic “Energy Efficiency and Photovoltaics in the Built Environment” and is part of the German Energy Solutions Initiative which is supported by the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy.

The aim is to provide the Egyptian participants with a comprehensive overview of approaches to energy efficient building technologies in Germany.

During the virtual three-day fact-finding mission, the Egyptian participants will get in touch with German companies who will present their products and solutions in the field of energy efficiency and Photovoltaics to the Egyptian audience. The participants will be also given the possibility to have individual online meetings with the German companies in virtual breakout rooms after the presentation.

Moreover, RENAC AG, AHK Egypt, German experts and multipliers in this field will provide practical information on the current market trends, the latest technologies and key market players.

Additionally, the participants will virtually visit German reference projects and companies, showcasing their product portfolio, production insights and the applied technology solutions. The participants will learn about the specific challenges and solution approaches concerning the design of framework conditions and standards and look at implementation examples in this area.
