AHK Egypt continues to offer free functional sessions to our members, aimed at enhancing their internal management skills. In March 2025, we organized a variety of enriching sessions, which included a finance and digital transformation workshop.
Finance Workshop:
On 11th March 2025, AHK Egypt, in collaboration with The Egyptian Tax Authority, organized an awareness seminar on tax returns. Mr. Mohamed Fathy Abdel-Fadil, General Manager of Audit at the Large Professional Taxpayers Center, provided a detailed explanation of several key points, including:
• The legal deadline for submitting tax returns.
• The necessity of having tax returns certified by a certified accountant.
• The difference between non-taxability and tax exemption.
• The mechanism for imposing taxes on individuals.
• Types of tax returns.
• How to submit tax returns for legal entities (Return 106).
The seminar aimed to enhance tax awareness among participants and clarify various aspects related to submitting tax returns in accordance with approved legal procedures.
Digital Transformation:
On 18th March 2025, we hosted an engaging session on Navigating Digital Transformation, led by Dr. Ashraf Abdelwahab, Digital Transformation Director, Public Sector, SAP Egypt.
Throughout the workshop, we explored key themes, including:
- The distinction between Automation and Digital Transformation
- The pillars of a successful Digital Transformation strategy
- How to measure progress and ensure sustainable change
- The future of Digital Transformation and what’s next
These sessions were designed to equip our community with valuable knowledge and skills across various domains, fostering professional growth and development.
