DEinternational Egypt, the service unit of the German-Arab Chamber of Industry and Commerce (AHK Egypt), organized a delegation trip for Bavarian companies in the ICT sector from 4th to 7th November 2024. The delegation, led by the Bavarian State Ministry of Economy, Agricultural Development, and Energy, aimed to connect Bavarian SMEs with the Egyptian ICT market, exploring opportunities for outsourcing and technology imports.
During their 3 days, 9 Bavarian companies had the chance to explore the business opportunities in the Egyptian ICT sector, by presenting their own company profiles to Egyptian businessmen and companies and have b2b meetings to facilitate the take off of possible partnerships. The delegation trip also included site visits to German and Egyptian companies and stakeholders in the local ICT market, such as the Information Technology Industry Development Agency (ITIDA), Raya CX, SEITech Solutions, SIGMA EMEA, Paymob, Athear and SAP Egypt. During these visits the delegation got to know the company profiles of each company, have tours around their facilities as well as network with potential partners.
