On 6th November 2024, the AHK Egypt Logistics Working Group attended the launch event, of the new ferry service which will connect the Damietta Port in Egypt to the Trieste Port in Italy.
The launch event was attended by H.E. Kamel El-Wazir, Deputy Prime Minister for Industrial Development and Minister of Industry and Transport, H.E. Alaa El-Din Farouk, Minister of Agriculture and Land Reclamation, and H.E. Rania A. Al-Mashat Al-Mashat, Minister of Planning and Economic Development (Ministry of Planning, Economic Development & International Cooperation)
