According to Article 11 of our statutes, the Board of the German-Arab Chamber of Industry and Commerce is pleased to invite the members of the chamber to attend the General Assembly and an AHK Exclusive Business Dinner.

Kindly note that during this year’s assembly, the members of the German-Arab Chamber of Industry and Commerce will elect a new Board of Directors.

According to § 8 Article 2 of the German-Arab Chamber of Industry and Commerce (GACIC), each eligible member has the right to vote in the General Assembly. The right to vote can be delegated to another eligible member or to the CEO of GACIC through a written proxy (§ 8 Article 3).

Only members who have paid their Membership Fees prior to the General Assembly will be eligible to stand for candidacy or to cast a vote.
