International Training of In-Company Trainers (AdA)

Top-quality vocational education depends on the training personnel, who must be professionally qualified and trained in vocational education so that they will be able to make young people excited about the profession while conveying the training content in a professional manner. The "Training for Trainers International" concept, developed exclusively by DIHK, the AHKs and IHKs, is based on the standards of the Trainer Aptitude Ordinance. At the same time, it takes into account specific conditions in each country.

National Training of In-Company Trainers

The Training of In-Company Trainers program provides essential skills for workplace trainers, ensuring high-quality vocational education. The program offers three formats: an intensive course covering six key training modules, a localized course focused on fundamental training methods, and individual modules allowing participants to select specific topics based on their needs.

Training for Examiners

AHK examiners must be trained for their activities as examiners. This training is to consist primarily of general and profession-specific examination methods. The AHK ensures that examiners are trained and certified in the evaluation of examinations. AHK examiners must be experts in their field, qualified to conduct examinations and independent. The AHK is responsible for appointing, registering and supervising the examiners. Training of AHK examiners is to be based on the AHK examination regulations.
