Ignite Inside-Out Leadership introduces leaders to the transformative power of coaching-driven leadership where growth begins within and radiates outward. Using the symbolism of the spark (inner awareness) and the light (empowering others), this session explores how self-reflection, presence, and intentional communication can elevate leadership impact. This session invites leaders to shift from directive to developmental conversations, listening deeply, asking powerfully, and unlocking potential with presence and intention.
