Regular Tickets (Payment after the 10th of September)

- Individual Ticket (Member): EGP 5000 +14 % VAT
- Table of 10 (Members): EGP 45000 + 14% VAT
- Individual Ticket (Non-member): EGP 7000 +14 % VAT

After submitting this form, our team will contact you with the payment details.

Kindly ensure that the Order # stated on the proforma invoice is included in the bank transfer details and send us the payment receipt upon completing the transfer to enable us to track and allocate your payment correctly.

Please note that your attendance can only be confirmed once we have received a copy of your payment receipt prior to the event and have sent you a confirmation email."

Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled once purchased.

However, tickets may be transferred to another person. Please contact the AHK team via 75gala@Ahk-mena.com latest by 8^th October 2026 with the new attendee’s full name and contact details to arrange the transfer.

The data you enter into the form is collected to record your registration to our events as well as for evaluation purposes and future engagements. The data may be transmitted to other institutions/partners for the organization and implementation of the events. Please note that you may be filmed during the event and that pictures may be taken of you. With your participation in our event you give your consent that a picture and/or your appearance in a video may be used for publication (print, online, social networks, etc.). As far as you provide personal information beyond the mandatory fields in your profile on the event platform, you consent to the processing of your data. The consent can be withdrawn at any time.
