On 15 Mai, AHK was attending in the graduation of 64 students of the “Deutsche Hotelschule El Gouna.” The graduates have successfully finished a 3-year dual training in hospitality and also an additional extensive German language training that enabled them to pass the original German dual TVET exam rendered by the Chamber of Commerce (IHK) Leipzig.
The Deutsche Hotelschule, a facility with full boarding and high class equipment, is fully funded by the Sawiris Foundation – while several luxury hotels in El Gouna are providing the practical training parts.
School headmaster Islam Kindsvater and his team did not only host the proud graduates and their families, the certification team from IHK Leipzig , the examiners and all partners of the school but also the following VIPs: Laila Hosny, Executive Director of the Sawiris Foundation, Dr. Amr Bosila, Head of the Central Administration for the Development of Technical Education at Mote and Dr. Magda Hanna, Vice Governor, Red Sea Governorate.
The AHK was represented by CEO Maren Diale-Schellschmidt, AHK GEVET Board Chairman Dr. Mohamed Taha and Ahmed Fawzy, AHK GEVET Board Vice Chairman.
Congrats to the graduates – and Mabrouk to Deutsche Hotelschule El Gouna and the Sawiris Foundation!
