We were delighted to launch the first edition of the AHK Forum for Impactful Training on the 14th of September, bringing together representatives from the public sector, private sector, international organizations, and leading companies to exchange insights on the future of workforce development and impactful learning. The forum was chaired by Ms. Heba Selim, Chair of the FIT, whose expertise and leadership contributed significantly to shaping the discussions and outcomes of the event.
The forum welcomed participants from key government entities, including representatives from the Ministries of Youth and Sports, Technical Education, Local Development, Tourism, Industry, and Labour, alongside experts and practitioners from across sectors.
The event featured:
- A welcome address by Maren Diale-Schellschmidt, CEO of AHK Egypt.
- Insights on the top training and learning trends for 2026/2027 by Heba Selim, , Chair of the FIT, Senior Management Consultant and Trainer.
- An interactive leadership simulation led by Eng. Mohamed El Zaree MindShift MENA.
- A thought-provoking panel discussion about the “Market gaps and needs in both public and private sector”
