On 18th June 2025, we held the first AHK Egypt Tourism Working Group meeting at the AHK premises.
We brought together member companies working in the tourism sector. Today's discussion focused on the tourism industry in Egypt. Together, the members identified key topics they will work on collaboratively throughout the year.
- Facilitating the import of German-manufactured tourist buses up to two years old
- Supporting tax exemptions for electric vehicles used by tourism companies to enhance the sector's transport infrastructure
- Collaborating with AHK Egypt on vocational training and education programs to upskill tourism professionals and improve service quality across the industry
