Cairo, Egypt – October 2026 — CEO WOMEN™ 2026, the fifth edition of the international economic platform, will take place on Thursday, 29 October 2026, at the Four Seasons Hotel Cairo at Nile Plaza, under the patronage of H.E. Prof. Dr. Mostafa Madbouly, Prime Minister of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
The fifth edition marks five consecutive years of the conference, which was first launched in Cairo in October 2022. This year’s edition is held under the theme “Investing in Strategic Sectors – Building Bridges Between East & West,” bringing together senior government officials, policymakers, investors and business leaders, with participation from more than 15 countries.
The conference will explore the changing direction of global capital, emerging investment priorities and new opportunities for international cooperation. Discussions will focus on strengthening strategic partnerships and fostering greater connectivity between markets across the East and West.
Against the backdrop of rapidly evolving geopolitical and economic dynamics, regional developments and global market disruptions, the movement of capital and the resilience of supply chains have become increasingly important to long-term economic growth. The conference will therefore place strategic investment, emerging industries and cross-border partnerships at the heart of its discussions.
A Strategic Agenda Shaping the Future of Investment
The conference will open with a high-level discussion titled “Where Is Capital Going Next?”, bringing together leading voices to examine global investment trends, shifting capital priorities and the opportunities shaping the next phase of economic growth.
The fifth edition is held under the patronage of the Ministry of Investment and Foreign Trade, the Ministry of Planning and Economic Development, the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology, the Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities, the Ministry of Industry, the Financial Regulatory Authority, the National Council for Women, and the Egyptian Tourism Promotion Authority, Ministry of Finance, and Ministry of Planning and economic Development.
The agenda will address a broad range of strategic investment themes, including investment opportunities in Africa, private capital, strategic sectors, energy, mining, transport and logistics, critical minerals, artificial intelligence, the digital economy, East–West investment corridors, technology investment and the evolving movement of global capital.
Sessions will also examine how financial institutions, investment funds and public-private partnerships can play a greater role in directing capital toward high-growth sectors and unlocking new opportunities for investment and economic development.
The conference will feature the participation of prominent economic and investment organisations, including the Egyptian Private Equity Association, the Egyptian Junior Business Association (EJB), the German-Arab Chamber of Industry and Commerce, and the British Egyptian Business Association (BEBA), alongside leading companies and institutions active across the investment and economic sectors.
