This month’s  Morninground, our very own Mona Abdallah Ayoub, Director of our Competence Center was the speaker.

We are proud to announce the launch of the Competence Center, Training, and Skills. This center marks a significant step towards a more structured and integrated approach to Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET), professional training, and migration initiatives.

 Here’s Everything you need about the different services offered by the Competence Center:

1. Technical and Vocational Education & Training (TVET)
   This includes training for trainers, certification, curriculum consulting, examinations, job matching, and policy advisory services.
2. Training (Continuing Education Programs)
   We offer public workshops covering various business areas such as Finance, HR, Legal, and more. We also offer exclusive programs such as EUREM, MBA, and others.
3. Skills Expert Program (SEP)
   This program focuses on upskilling candidates through specialized language and technical courses, along with matchmaking services to connect them with recruitment partners.
4. The Africa Skilled Workers for Germany
   This project focuses on preparing students and graduates of technical schools and higher education institutes with qualifications to pursue internships and/or vocational training in Germany.
5. ProRecognition Services
   These projects support foreign skilled workers in integrating into the German labor market and finding employment in Germany.
