AHK Egypt Strengthens Vocational Training Quality through AdA B Level International Training
From 25 to 30 July 2026, AHK Egypt / DEinternational Egypt successfully delivered the AdA B Level International Training (Train the Trainers) in El Gouna, Red Sea, bringing together in-company trainers and training supervisors from the German Hotel School El Gouna (GHS) and its partner hospitality establishments.
The six-day training aimed to strengthen trainers’ professional and pedagogical competencies for planning, conducting, and evaluating workplace-based training in line with the internationally recognized AdA (Ausbildung der Ausbilder) methodology. Based on the German trainer qualification framework, AdA International prepares trainers to effectively guide apprentices and trainees while taking country-specific conditions into account.
The successful implementation of the AdA B Level Training in El Gouna contributes to strengthening the capacity of in-company trainers and improving the quality of practical training in the hospitality sector. By equipping trainers with internationally recognized methodologies, the program supports stronger links between vocational education and labour market needs and contributes to workforce development in Egypt.
