According to § 11 of our By-Laws, the Board of the German-Arab Chamber of Industry and Commerce is pleased to invite you to attend the General Assembly & AHK Exclusive’ Egypt Financial & Investment Incentives Briefing’ which will take place on Tuesday, 7th October at 5:30 PM at the Royal Maxim Palace Kempinski, New Cairo.
We are honored to announce that H.E. Ahmed Kouchouk, Minister of Finance, and H.E. Eng. Hassan El-Khatib, Minister of Investment and Foreign Trade (TBC), will join us as our Guests of Honor.
Please note that, in line with § 24, the AHK Board of Directors will present proposed amendments to the By-Laws for your formal approval. An amendment of the By-Laws requires a two-thirds majority vote of the members presented. Kindly note that only members who have settled their membership fees prior to the General Assembly will be eligible to attend and vote on the proposed amendments. If you have not yet paid your dues, we kindly ask you to do so at your earliest convenience.
According to § 8 (2) of the German-Arab Chamber of Industry and Commerce (AHK Egypt), each eligible member has the right to vote in the General Assembly. The right to vote can be delegated to another eligible member or to the CEO of AHK Egypt through a written proxy, § 8 (3)
