Corporate Membership Application Form

In Case the Company wishes to apply for an affiliate membership, kindly fill out the details below: 

* Kindly note that a fee of 1,000 EGP will be charged for every additional affiliate. 

Please send a copy (scanned images or PDF files) of the documents mentioned below and send it to the email jala.hussein@ahk-mena.com or mariam.mohamed@ahk-mena.com.
 

1. Updated commercial register of the company
2. Updated tax card of the company
3. The company profile
4. A personal photo of the member 4x6 with a white background
5. A business card of the primary contact
6. In case the company wishes to apply for affiliate membership, an HR letter is required 

Your membership will be automatically renewed. If you would like to cancel your membership, kindly send us an official letter or an e-mail before the end of the membership period, latest by the end of November.
