In accordance with Article 11 of the Chamber’s bylaws, the Board of the German-Arab Chamber of Industry and Commerce (AHK Egypt) is pleased to invite you to attend the General Assembly 2026, followed by an AHK Exclusive Business Dinner, taking place on Tuesday, June 16, 2026, from 5:30 PM to 9:30 PM at Sofitel Cairo Nile El Gezirah.

Kindly note that during this year’s General Assembly, members of the German-Arab Chamber of Industry and Commerce will elect the new Board of Directors for the 2026–2028 term.
Please find below the link to the profiles of the candidates who have expressed interest in joining the Board of Directors for the upcoming term. The candidates are listed alphabetically by company name under two chapters: 10 Board Members qualify for the German chapter, and 8 Board Members qualify for the Egyptian chapter. There are 7 seats available for the German Chapter and 7 seats for the Egyptian Chapter.
Kindly note that only members who have settled their membership fees prior to the General Assembly will be eligible to vote. If your membership dues are still outstanding, we would highly appreciate your prompt settlement.
According to §8 of the bylaws of the German-Arab Chamber of Industry and Commerce (AHK Egypt), voting rights may be delegated through a written proxy to another member or to the CEO of AHK Egypt. Proxies must be submitted to the election committee no later than before the start of the General Assembly. Each member can only hold a maximum of five proxies, including their own vote.
